You are free to watch theory whenever you have time and as for the practical part there will be some powerful exercises that are recommended to do on a daily basis (usually 5-10min per day) and others you can do when you have time. You may also want to follow the suggestion and go through each module per week. To align your actions with the lunar calendar, you may want to start the course on the full moon and finish it on the next full moon. Or do it at the time of your convenience. When does the course start and finish?

It is recommended to go through each model per one week. If you want to align the energy of the course with the moon cycle, you may want to start the first module around the full moon. During the first week of the course, you will learn about the point of here and now. Then during the next week (the last week of the lunar cycle) you will have a chance to concentrate on energy clearing practices.
